Reading the codes in the MLS..... ACTIVE means a property is for sale. UBC means under contract taking backups. PENDING: The seller has accepted and signed a written offer from the buyer. The transaction is being processed. SOLD - you can search solds by subdivision or by Map Code/Grid. The Map Code/Grid is found in the upper right corner of each listing.
